Affordable Gas Control Solution

We partnered with a customer to design a cost-effective alternative to the Bronkhorst Mani-Flow system. The result: a compact gas control system with innovative features like isolation valves for easy MFC swaps during operation, LED indicators for quick command signal verification, and cost-efficient Flow/No-Flow blocks. The system, designed for under $7,000 in initial NRE costs, included Manifold Mounted MFCs, a base manifold, and custom valves. The pilot production of 300 MFCs (33 systems) shipped flawlessly over five months, exceeding expectations.
